Angelique Panagos specialises in using nutritional therapy to resolve hormonal imbalances. She has specific programmes that she’s developed and she’s my go-to referral for conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, and thyroid disorders.

Nicole Jardim offers several programmes and E-courses to help with hormonal imbalances and period problems.


Angela Heap is an expert in the field of fertility nutrition. She has developed the Fertile Ground Nutrition programme and I love her approach to improving fertility.

Naava Carman founded the Fertility Support Company. She specialises in recurrent miscarriage, complex fertility issues, and those who’ve experienced several rounds of unsuccessful IVF.

Keris Marsden offers private nutritional consultations via Skype and can give professional advice on topics like gut health, hormone health, sleep issues and other symptoms you may wish to resolve.
