I want to live in a world where women aren’t held back by “women’s troubles”.
I want you to be able to use your inner wisdom and natural rhythms to be able to deal with the practicalities of daily life, and to work towards your dreams (especially if you don’t know what they are yet).
It breaks my heart when I speak to women who are exhausted, hormonal, and in pain because they’re living out of sync with their bodies. Especially when there’s a straightforward way to improve things.
That’s why I’ve created this workshop for you.
So that you can understand your menstrual cycle, identify your emotional patterns and personal super powers, and plan your month to perform at your best.
And it’s happening very soon, Sunday October 15th in fact!
Get ready to delve deep into the power of your menstrual cycle, with me as your guide. Also: get ready to feel the awesomeness of sitting in a circle with other women. And chocolate. There will be chocolate.
I’m going to give you an eye-opening framework for understanding your cycle, so that instead of getting hit by the same old issues month after month, you can get your cycle working for you.
Practically, that means: more energy, loads more self-care from very small changes, harmony and understanding in your relationships, and more creativity and productivity. Not bad for one day, huh?
This workshop is for you, if:
- You want to understand your menstrual cycle and be able to use it to get more out of your life.
- You’d love to feel good about your lady parts instead of hating on them or doubting what they can do.
- You struggle with period pain, absent/irregular/delayed/heavy periods, or conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis and fibroids.
- PMS is f•@king up your relationships and work life.
- You’re having a hard time conceiving, you’ve experienced pregnancy loss, or unsuccessful IVF, and want to reframe your experience of your menstrual cycle.
Oh, and if you’re a woman without a womb or menstrual cycle, if you’re preggers, or you’re using hormonal birth control, this workshop is still for you. Babes in arms also welcome (and I’ll happily hold them for you if and when you need me to).
The most common response I have to this work is; “why didn’t anyone tell me this when I was fourteen?!”
I’m going to be busting out the need-to-know, can’t-be-skipped women’s health essentials. I’ll be giving you the low-down on some basic biology (there’s no test at the end, though if there was, I’m confident you’d nail it after this), and getting into the juicy business of how women change as we move through the different phases of our monthly cycle.
You’ll discover where your sweet spots and dark days lie (perhaps you already have an idea of this), we’ll shine a light on why some days feel great and others are so bloody hard, and you’ll leave with a personal plan for how to care for yourself throughout each menstrual month.
There’ll be a super-insightful guided visualisation, complete with journalling / drawing (whichever floats your boat), so that you can journey into yourself and discover what messages are waiting to be heard, and that, ladies, is where the work gets BIG … I don’t want to spoil it, but you’re going to be learning how you can use your cycle to get the most out of your life. This work is often deeply emotional and spiritual, but with a very practical basis for living in the modern world.
We’ll unwind with a group relaxation session that will include optional acupuncture if you want to chill out to the max.
You’ll leave feeling utterly connected to your womb, and ready to experience the richness of your menstrual cycle.
Grab yourself a spot at my workshop by heading here (and be a good mate and invite your friend who really struggles with her menstrual cycle, you know you’ll be in trouble if you don’t).
